An ancient art form, reimagined on skin.
Rooted in the tradition of Chinese seal carving, name seals are miniature works of art, where every stroke, the balance of negative space, and the arrangement of characters come together to create something uniquely its own.
Through my practice, I reinterpret this traditional art form as a contemporary tattoo — transforming Chinese characters into a personal emblem you can carry with you.

each seal begins with a story.
your unique story.
Whether it's your own name, the name of someone you love,
or a homage to your roots, no two names are alike,
and neither are the seals they become.
bespoke design process.
Each name seal is custom-designed from scratch. I carefully explore the composition of your chosen characters, preparing several design options for us to review together during your appointment.
We'll take our time refining the design and exploring different placements until we find something that feels right for you.
By bringing traditional seal art
into contemporary tattooing,
I hope to keep this art form alive
— something we can continue to reinterpret,
embody,
carry forward.
